I can't access medibuntu.org via IPv6.  It appears that it is something specific to my IPv6 range and proxad.net as the traceroute stops on the interface into their network. 

Our prefix here is 2001:df0:4:4000:212.  It is registered to University of Waikato (allocated by APNIC).
