i am having trouble adding the medibuntu packages to synaptic. i have tried both command line and also adding directly to synaptic and it keeps coming up with various error messages
in synaptic i now get this message

E: Malformed line 18 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list (dist parse)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
Go to the repository dialog to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

and when i close out of that message synaptic just closes not allowing me to remove the medibuntu lines from it

i am using natty narwhal 11.04 satanic edition

using the terminal i was always getting 404 error no matter what i tried. 

have come back to linux after a couple years away
