So it will only be included if there is a licensing issue? The omission
in the official repositories is due to their rules of no new packages
added to a distro that has already been released. Technically, its not a
licensing issue like you said, but a maybe the refusal by Ubuntu team
falls into the general "Ubuntu won't take it for Precise" and this can
be the exception?
