Hi,

I might be mistaken but I guess some of you are already wondering about
that, correct?

Indeed, there are more than one step, of course.

What do we need to do?


   1. Artwork Team need to finish the Logo + need to decide whether to have
   a Community Wallpaper Contest or not? and whether they can do the icons we
   talked about or not?

   2. Marketing Team need to confirm whether they are good to go with the
   2nd stage or 2nd plan - as per our last meeting - or not yet? the NEW area
   for Marketing/News is ready: http://irqlinux-news.blogspot.com/
   3. We are in BAD need to someone who could take care of Documentation. I
   just CAN NOT do that alone. I can't do everything myself.
   4. Ahmed Alaa needs to know whether he is on his own or someone else
   will step in and help? at least we could help him with some ideas, etc ..
   you don't have to carry the mountains on your shoulder ;) it is a team work
   after all.
   5. We are expecting Sarmed to come back to action. If that will happen,
   it means more powerful ideas and more team work and more good stuff to
   come. He is in charge of the networking and internet and he is someone with
   bright mind and great ideas.
   6. We need to set time+date for weekly meeting OR we could do two
   meetings per week. That would be even better.


Now

*Artwork Team:*
They do know what they need to do and they are on the right track so I am
not worried about them. If they need help, they can shout for it anytime.

*Marketing Team:*
We just had a meeting lately and they too know what they are suppose to do
