Application documentation is very doable like that because you are
dealing with developers (mostly).
ODF isn't really a binary format. It is a zipfile package of XML.
You can still maintain it in a shared repository and many many many more
people will help maintain it if they already know how to use the
tools.
BUT! I am always willing t obe proven wrong. :)
If you would like to take over the MLHIM Specifications management and
can recruit the needed help to do so You are more than welcome to do so.
We could use someone focused on this area.
