Hi Roger,

I just wanted to clarify that we do have a reference model and there is
some experience implementing it.  

The problem that I have gotten myself into right now is that there are
bits of information scattered here and there and unfortunately we at a
Bus Factor of 1 because of this.  :-(

This is why that I want to switch to a more common documentation format
for the specifications (so others can help) and to formalize the
modelling using EMF so that changes can be made in a more coherent
manner.  

I expect to have these issues settled within the upcoming week so that
more people can register bugs, create blueprints and help with the model
and docs.
