Title:
  Rename AuthoredResource to DCMI

Status in MLHIM Specifications:

Bug description:
  Currently the AuthoredResource class uses the Dublin Core meta-data
  set.  Therefore it would be more descriptive to call it DCMI.  This
  may also open the pathway to be able to include other types of meta-
  data such as the caBIG set.  Some thought needs to go into possibly
  creating a CCD element called meta-data and allow multiple sets to be
  added to it.  Maybe create a class called MetaData and have DCMI and
  caBIG inherit from it?
