Re: Panel Results - Medical knowledge sharing

MobiGuide: Guiding Patients Anytime Anywhere.

- MobiGuide goes beyond SoA in providing novel services to enhance
patient safety, quality of care, and empowerment
- Patient Guidance System integrates hospital and monitoring data into
a PHR accessible by patients & providers
 MobiGuide provides personalized secure clinical-guideline-based
guidance also outside clinical environment and remote areas
- MobiGuide has a distributed DSS utilizing main DSS + Body Area
Network with light DSS that can operate independently
- The data analysis includes compliance checking, knowledge generation
- Evaluation in 3 clinical domains (intensive/sparse monitoring):
atrial fibrillation, gestational diabetes, and hypertension during
pregnancy
- MobiGuide has a process for keeping knowledge up to date +involving vendors

Or (in my own words): clinical/patient decision support system on your
mobile phone, acting on input from sensors on your body or in your
clothes. When higher band width is available, connection is made with
centralized functionality.

When the project gets approved, a website will be build at
http://www.mobiguide-project.eu

Cheers,

Roger
