Just FYI.

I have frozen the CDD template and schemas for 2.3.0 pending a release
date of 2012-06-15.

>From this point forward we are running a formal project again and will
be recording changes as bug reports etc.
Documentation and examples will begin appearing this week in
preparation for the formal release.
