Python script; originally created to build CCDs from NCI CDE
datatypes.  Now expanded to cover several MLHIM datatypes using a
modified spreadsheet as a template.  The zip file contains a test file
and some example templates from the US NCI.  This tool is under active
developement.  Announcements regarding new uploads will be made to the
mhlim-owners mailing list.  See the project page on Launchpad for
