I have updated the MLHIM.org site based on some previous feedback.

It will be very helpful if each of you could take a minute or two and let
me know how we are doing.

Try to take the concept of a first time visitor and first time being
exposed to MLHIM approach.
This is our front door to the world.  It is our best and most important
marketing tool.
