Dear MLHIMers:

In 2010, we made a decision that the MLHIM umbrella project and all its
subprojects would be bilingual (English-Portuguese), because I have had
some students working on it since then, and we didn't want the language
to be a barrier for their activities.

But that might sound as a privilege; so, I propose that, from now on,
the MLHIM umbrella project be multilingual and, if someone wants to
write in its native language, just tag it at the beginning of the
paragraph. Example:

<pt-br> Olá, pessoal!
