  All files now have consistent formatting and have been placed on mlhim.org in the namespace.  Also added the xsd_validator.zip provided by Eduardo César. To use the validatoron the entire RM; issue at a commandline prompt: python xsd_validator.zip ccd.xsd common.xsd content.xsd datatypes.xsd metadata.xsd mlhim2.xsd structures.xsd  .
