[Ayatana] Promoting the LTS

I think we should use the website redesign as an opportunity to promote the LTS over the regular releases. We get a lot of complaints from new users in the forums, who complain that the standard releases aren't stable enough for them. I think promoting the LTS more would alleviate this problem.

At the very least, we should make a very obvious distinction between them on the download page, making sure users know that i they want a very stable OS, they should install the LTS.
