I agree. We should keep the bugtracker clean.
We don't really need a configure script as cmake does the configuring 
itself.
However, we should rename Bruno's install help file properly into 
INSTALL and COMPILE

We need a todo list for our upcoming beta release and a feature 
discussion thread in the development forum. Then we keep those 3 things 
clearly apart.
