[Bug 344238] Re: suggestion: scrolling divider snap-back
I think we'll try the backspace as ESC is reserved to reset the command
line. Xtian is right that there should be key access to close the
splitscreen.

Bug description:
Snapshot March 15:
For convenience it would be nice to have a better snap-back possibility for the scrolling divider.
As I see it, ATM one has to scroll back down.
Suggestions:
[1] Add an X-Symbol (close) on the divider to be able to click it
[2] Maybe hitting ESC should snap the divider back
Also, additionally you could add:
[3] A settings-option to always snap back on new input. But this should be optional.
