What if you have text in the input line but want to kill the split line?
I think Esc is better, and I don't see it's use in the input line for
selecting all text either - because Ctrl+A already does this and is the
cross-platform standard.

Bug description:
Snapshot March 15:
For convenience it would be nice to have a better snap-back possibility for the scrolling divider.
As I see it, ATM one has to scroll back down.
Suggestions:
[1] Add an X-Symbol (close) on the divider to be able to click it
[2] Maybe hitting ESC should snap the divider back
Also, additionally you could add:
[3] A settings-option to always snap back on new input. But this should be optional.
