We'll add the same carbon title bar patch that we've added to tha main 
window. I guess that this will enable you to resize the trigger editor 
window. Once it has been resized Mudlet will remember the old size of 
this window. I'll also make the default width smaller.

Bug description:
When the trigger/action menu is called up (or any of those from the toolbar except the settings one) it is too large for the screen, extending to the right past the screen. Also, there is no way to exit the menu, forcing you to leave the entire application to get rid of it.
