It is still a problem really but a Qt one I'd say. I'll see if there are any
settings that affect this poor behavior.

Bug description:
In the Script Editor dialog box, if you have to click the >> to see the rest of the icons, sometimes it may hover over or slowly vanish after clicking an icon and other times it will be quick.  Sporadic cosmetic bugs like this should be fixed.
