Added autowrap to debug window as a stopgap measure. Will speak with
Heiko on 10/8 w/ regards to a good implementation of wrap awareness in
TBuffer class.

Bug description:
The debug window should auto-wrap text to its width, so you don't have to make it wider when the text isn't fitting in.
