"Colorize" is most definitely a suitable word - especially because it
stresses the difference to "color trigger". However, if you all agree that
this option should be renamed "highlight" then you also need to correct the
manual.

Bug description:
You don't colorize words, but highlight them. I don't think colorize is a real word anyway.

Should be changed to 'highlight'.
