The crash is due to missing code to remove window names form the 
respective mappings when unloading a profile.
Priority is low at the moment as it doesn't affect normal usage.

Bug description:
See video. Opening/closing profiles a bunch causes an eventual crash. Mudlet compiled and run with Qt SDK libs.
