Mudlet not doing this also means that people on two-mouse buttons cannot
scroll and select at the same time. Had two Mac people who were only
able to max select one screen and no more.

Bug description:
When you select text and move the mouse up outside the display widget or down, the window doesn't scroll automatically.

Like in other apps. it should autoscroll depending how far away is the mouse from the edge of the widget.
