Bug description:
using 1.1.0 installed using 64bit linux generic installer on ubuntu 9.10 64bit.

Create a color trigger matching off of something simply, like a room title, and click 'highlight'

It will highlight all but the last character. happened to me with periods, and with " as the last character.
