  tempTriggers turn into perm ones sometimes

Bug description:
  While I'd love to have this as a feature and use when necessary, at
  times it's best that tempTriggers stay only within a session, not
  persist after restart and show up in the editor: http://www.ubuntu-

  happened to me several times now. not sure on the cause yet, but I've
  seen it happen to someone else before as well.
