Title:
  Mudlet should warn that a restart is necessary after the GMCP option
  is toggled

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  A little line underneath the option should spawn and say 'Please
  reconnect to your game for the effect to take change' below the GMCP
  option after you enable/disable it.
