  Trigger pattern list GUI starts counting from 0

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Trigger pattern list GUI starts counting from 0, but humans start from
  1. So the graphical interface should do a +1 to reflect for that - so
  the first pattern is 1, next is 2, etc.
