  Triggers don't auto-convert to groups

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  New

Bug description:
  When you create a trigger (via ui or script), give it no patterns, but
  place child triggers in it - such that it should become a group, it
  does not become one. Instead it complains about having no patterns.
