Title:
  Timers with no script body cause errors

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  New

Bug description:
  If you make a timer and only put text into 'command' and none in the
  script, it'll fire and cause errors every time, trying to call a nil
  function.

  If you add a script and remove it, the script will still keep getting
  called - even though it's not there.
