The selection of both input line + console are persistent and both can 
be copied by control+c. As the input line always has focus it always has 
precedence on common key definitions like control+c. Right click+copy 
manoeuvers around this problem, but control+c cannot be changed 
transparently.

  Clipboard copy fails if you've selected the last line in the buffer

  Invalid

Bug description:
  Copying to clipboard won't do anything if you've selected all the way
  up to the last line in the buffer.
