I rebased my original patch from the previous ticket
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/mudlet/+bug/380115) to the latest Git head.
It should enable the toolbar buttons after the connection completes
rather than after the connection dialog closes.

  Clicking 'Cancel' in the connection dialog enables menu buttons

  Use case:

  - open Mudlet
  - click Connect button
  - click Cancel button
  -> the inactive buttons become active even though the state is the same as at start - no profiles loaded.
