  send() API improvement

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  A small patch to improve the send() api - more functions will follow
  if this is approved. This delivers 2 improvements: 1) it tells you
  which argument is wrong, and 2) it tells you why is it wrong.
