[Bug 1096056] Re: Cecho does not respect background color
You could use fg + echo in combination if you'd like to keep the fg
color, or add a color to the color_table with your custom rgb values to
make it work.

Cecho does not respect background color

Bug description:
I have a miniconsole with bgcolor set to something else than black (say, to rgb(10, 15, 20)).
echo to that miniconsole prints text just fine, text appears on proper background.
However, using cecho makes background of echoed letters BLACK and since you can only set bg color in cecho using string names, it is impossible to use workaround by explicitly providing bg color.
