  QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_DEBUG should not provide -O3

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_DEBUG should not provide -O3, because it defeats the
  whole purpose of building in debug mode. It should provide -g instead.
