One issue with zipping modules:  You can't delete files from an existing
zip file with QuaZip, so for large zips every sync will require
rezipping the entire package contents.  If anyone knows a zip technology
that allows for this, that would be good.

Bug description:
  Zipped modules can't be sync'd.  This adds support for zipping
  modules.  Currently the non-xml contents of the zip are lost such as
  images, perhaps this can be dealt with by the config.lua file?
