A need for this was expressed today so packaged can be self-documenting
- the package can be installed from anywhere, and upon installation, it
offers usage instructions.

  Raise an event when installPackage finishes

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:

Bug description:
  It would be useful to raid an event when installPackage finishes, so
  scripts that install their prerequesities themselves can properly
  continue loading when the said prerequisitites have installed.
