  Doors aren't drawn on custom exit lines

Status in Mudlet the MUD client:
  New

Bug description:
  Doors aren't drawn on custom exit lines, so if you use a custom exit
  line to represent something simple such as an in/out connection on the
  same level, you can't get a door on it.

  It would be nice if doors were drawn somewhere in the middle of a
  custom exit line as well.
