Mudlet Version 3.0.0-delta
64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate

When receiving input that includes characters like É (capital E with an
acute symbol above it) in the line (but not in the substring trigger
phrase), the trigger will fail to fire. The same trigger will fire on
lines that include the trigger phrase and do not have special characters
like that.
