This is a pretty awful bug on windows - been annoying a lot of my
friends by losing my mudlet window, and not getting the usual dings for
chat sounds I have configured. Sound in a mud client is about as core of
a requirement as color these days.

Bug description:
  playSoundFile() does not work in Windows 3.0 previews, works ok in 2.1
  on Windows.

  Works fine in Ubuntu.

  Couldn't verify on OSX.
