This has previously been fixed in release 30 - That was one of the
things my osx script users were quite happy to see no more of.

  Mudlet resizes window spontaneously when wrapping input

Bug description:
  3.0.0-delta behaves very weirdly on OS X El Capitan, when I type a
  longer text into the input field.

  At the moment Mudlet wraps the string, it also unmaximizes the window,
  makes it jump around if it already was unmaximized, and sometimes
  colors the toolbar black. The jumping around always happens when your
  input reaches the wrap length, broken toolbar happened twice but not
  anymore, for whatever reason.
