latest mac version too, El Capitan 10.11.5, as confirmed by someone
using iota.

  Opening mapper on OSX causes toolbar graphics corruption

Bug description:
  Just doing createMapper(0,0,300,300) causes all of the toolbar buttons
  background to turn permanently black.
