Building with Qt 5.6 on macOS Sierra seemed to fix the problem. Will
work on making an installer to test this with the userbase when I can.

  Opening mapper on OSX causes toolbar graphics corruption

Bug description:
  Just doing createMapper(0,0,300,300) causes all of the toolbar buttons
  background to turn permanently black.
