Mudlet no longer shows its list of windows in the macOS dock
(https://i.stack.imgur.com/EI0RV.png) unlike it did in 2.1 under Qt4
(https://i.stack.imgur.com/l7jCp.png).

This is a Qt5 bug and every single Qt5 application I've tested on macOS
is affected by it. Filed it as
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-59433.
