We don't use IRC anymore so I don't think this feature is exactly
necessary anymore. Haven't heard much feedback on a need for this
either.

  Ability to pin Mudlet windows on top of others on non-Linux platforms

Bug description:
  There's been desire expressed to be able to pin IRC chat help window,
  script editor windows that come in Mudlet on OSs whose WMs don't
  typically support this, like Mac and Windows. It sounds pretty
  reasonable and would be a good feature for people make use of.

  As an example, pinning the IRC help window would allow the user to
  still see IRC without having to tab back and forth.
