[Bug 882385] Re: Module manager doesn't have a keybinding in the menubar

This appears to have been implemented in commits:
4d8cf4e95485c8c674b2d341b65c2b262010201a {2012-12-30 22:26:53} bound to Alt+O
4cf2ce763be98c8f42a9f9ab707c08d0b3a8ee80 {2012-12-30 09:16:30} bound to Alt+P
de52691a11e538a460a23c45b493312ed9cd06cb {2012-12-17 08:56:52} bound to Alt+O
3a029fbaf64a89f38dc37c61c303418f06172520 {2011-06-12 20:09:39} bound to Alt+P
c0877a5d25737665fe22d3f9bbefb65fc7e6c8c5 {2011-05-28 22:04:59} initial binding to Ctrl+P

We need to consider an option to report and possibly enable/disable all
Mudlet application key-bindings individually in case the user wishes to
reuse them for a profiles' purpose...

Current short-cuts:

Alt+C Main Application window menubar: "Connection"
Alt+D Main Application window menubar: "Disconnection"
Alt+R Main Application window menubar: "Reconnection"
Alt+P Main Application window menubar: "Profile/Application Preferences" {a.k.a. Options}
Alt+E Main Application window menubar: "Editor" {opens the Editor window, probably on Triggers}
Alt+N Main Application window menubar: "Notepad"
Alt+M Main Application window menubar: "Mapper"
Alt+O Main Application window menubar: "Package Manager"
Alt+V Main Application window menubar: "Multi-View"
