  Rogue copy of LuaGlobal.lua in ./src/ directory

Bug description:
  Just a note to remind me or someone else to purge the
  ./src/LuaGlobal.lua file from the git repository.

  Who ever you are - it (a 68 KBytes or so file) is NOT the
  LuaGlobal.lua file that you are looking for.  It is a left over from
  some distant past version and is NOT loaded or used.  A recent topic
  on the Forums http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=6058 had a
  suggested update to this file and to ./src/mudlet-lua/lua/Other.lua
  which is where THAT change should actually be put.

  There is a WANTED file with the same name at ./src/mudlet-
  lua/lua/LuaGlobal.lua which is less than 5 KBytes in size although
  that has diverged a little from the copy located in the separate
  "Mudlet-Lua" {https://github.com/vadi2/mudlet-lua.git} repository from
  the main Mudlet github one!
