  re-enable setAppStyleSheet

Bug description:
  setAppStyleSheet should be re-enabled. The reason it was crashing
  earlier is because our API wasn't properly returning the # of
  arguments pushed to the stack, and LuaJIT, when we used it, was more
  strict about that.
