Title:
Mudlet/tabs should ask for attention when new text is received and its
  not in focus

Status in Mudlet:
  Opinion

Bug description:
When a tab is not in focus and it receives new text, it should ask for
users attention. Preferably by bolding the tab text and unbolding when
  the user clicks on it.

Additionally, same should go for the Mudlet window - when it's not in
focus and text is received in any of the open tab(s), it should ask
for attention (just set the window to wanting attention, and the
desktop enviroment will take care of handling that).
