  Remove debug Client.GUI output

Bug description:
  Given that Client.GUI works without problems now, it might be a good
  idea to remove the debug output that the user sees such as this:

  By what name would you like to be known? 
  <Server offers downloadable GUI (url='http://hud.hopto.org/bedlam/Bedlam_GUI.mpackage') 
  (package='Bedlam_GUI')>
  <package is already installed>

  Which isn't too nice.
