Title:
  Add a sample map to load if there's no map available

Status in Mudlet:
  Opinion

Bug description:
  Add an obviously fake map for Mudlet to load when there's no map
  available that demonstrates all the features of the Mudlet mapper.
  That way people that open the mapper on a game that doesn't have a map
  don't get dissapointed when they see nothing but black and buttons
  that don't work.
